DETERMINING THE CORRELATION BETWEEN BEHAVIOUR, DEBT AND MONEY MANAGEMENT AMONG YOUNG ADULTS

This study examined the role of debt management in resolving personal financial problems among two different groups (final- year students and employees) based on their gender. A convenience sampling approach by using a structured questionnaire as original data to obtain primary has been conducted. total 100 respondents anticipated completing survey which consists purpose, borrowing behaviour money skills. The obtained was then analyzed descriptive, ANOVA Pearson correlation were processed Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software Microsoft Excel. Before proceeding analysis, Cronbach’s Alpha normality test have conducted check its validity reliability questionnaire. findings reveal that positive influence towards financing self-control, overconfidence signal need conduct more literacy program promotes sustainable attitudes is targeted at young adults prepare them viable finances future.
